Case Review Service
Hegge & Confusione's Case Review Service helps clients understand the appellate issues in their case before it's appealed.
If you lost in the lower court, we'll evaluate the likely issues on appeal and how the appellate court might view them. This helps you determine whether your case is worth appealing in the first place.
If you won below, but your opponent threatens to appeal, we'll assess the likelihood that your opponent will prevail. This enables you to make an informed decision on whether to fight the appeal or settle your case.
Our Case Review Service is typically charged on a flat-fee basis, and we provide quotes on request. It's extremely cost-effective because it helps you understand your case's issues before you commit to the full appellate process. And, if your case ultimately is appealed, and you retain us to represent you, the cost of our initial evaluation goes toward our fee for briefing and arguing your case.
It's part of our commitment to provide legal help tailored to our clients' needs. Please contact us to learn more about this service and how we can help you.
